Canine Muscle Dynamics is based in South Somerset but covering the surrounding areas of Devon and Dorset.
Canine Muscle Dynamics specialises in Clinical Canine Massage (TCM) which deals with muscular and soft tissue injuries as well as joint and mobility problems. This comprehensive, remedial type of massage brings great results and relief while helping to resolve many sub-clinical, everyday mobility issues you may see with your dog.
It also helps significantly to support Orthopaedic Issues such as Arthritis and Hip Dysplasia. This unique type of massage for dogs relies on an extensive knowledge of Canine Anatomy & Physiology, the movement of tissue over tissue, connective tissue release and the remobilisation of muscle to help break down scar tissue and promote a better range of motion in the dog’s joints.
Canine massage therapy is suitable for a range of dogs from young, active and sporting dogs recovering from lameness or injury, to middle aged dogs who are slowing down or seem stiff and ‘old’ before their time, as well as the older, less mobile dogs living with Arthritis or other orthopaedic and Neurological conditions .
As well as dealing with muscular and orthopaedic issues, massage is great for preventing injury too so if your dog leads an active working life doing agility, flyball, canicross etc then canine massage can help to keep your dog injury-free.
